By accessing and using MockNest.in ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

MockNest provides online mock tests and practice materials for various government examinations including:

APPSC and TSPSC Group examinations
AP & TS Police recruitment exams
Grama Sachivalayam examinations
DSC/TET teacher recruitment exams
Banking, SSC, Railway and other competitive exams

3. User Account

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscription plans are available as Pro Monthly (₹99) and Pro Yearly (₹499)
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
Subscription benefits begin immediately upon successful payment
Auto-renewal may apply unless cancelled before the renewal date

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

Sharing login credentials with others
Copying, reproducing, or distributing our test content
Using automated tools to access our platform
Attempting to bypass payment or subscription systems
Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of MockNest. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

MockNest provides educational content for practice purposes. We do not guarantee success in any examination. Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
